Each session will begin with a short presentation, moving into a meditation and then discussion so we are there to support each other.
These session are about empowering you, finding ways to take control of your own journey and be there for others.

When women come together, magic happens! Come join this healing community where we gather in a powerful circle in the salt cave to uplift and support each other while helping ourselves heal.
Healing circles are sacred space where you can come and ask for what you need and ask for help, something we as women sometimes have a challenge doing. In my experience, asking for help is the highest form of self-care and self-love we can give ourselves.
During the circle we will ground and protect ourselves so that we are able to help others without taking on their challenges.
There will be a guided meditation to take you through information about healing.
It is a place where we hold space for everyone who needs support to ask for what they need and be given support or suggestions in a loving, caring environment.
